Our Founders
Batallure Beauty was founded in 2006 by Robin Burns-McNeill and Sam Ghusson following their storied careers working together on iconic beauty brands.
Robin Burns-McNeill
Chairwoman and Co-Founder
Robin Burns-McNeill has built some of the world’s most recognized and successful beauty brands—and an incomparable track record of success.
While President and CEO of Calvin Klein Cosmetics, she launched the iconic fragrances Obsession and Eternity and guided the company through an era of extraordinary growth. She was later named President and Chief Executive Officer of Estée Lauder before moving to Victoria's Secret Beauty as President and CEO.
Sam Ghusson
CEO and Co-Founder
Sam Ghusson is one of the most respected executives in the beauty industry, with unrivaled experience in operations, sourcing and manufacturing for the world's leading brands.
As SVP of Global Manufacturing, Distribution and Operations at Calvin Klein Cosmetics, he was instrumental in building the brand's global success. He was then named EVP of Global Operations at both Calvin Klein Cosmetics and Elizabeth Arden, before moving to Gryphon Development, a division of The Limited, where he led all sourcing and manufacturing for Victoria’s Secret Beauty and Bath & Body Works.
